When I first found Z．Palette , I literally did a happy dance. It made my job even easier, neater, more organized and prettier. Sure, most make-up artists end up with tons of products in their make-up kit, ... but all we need is the makeup, not all that packaging. All the bulky makeup makes it’s just impossible to carry everything to every make-up job. And in truth, I'm use certain colors all the time and other colors most of the time and a few of the colors on special occasions... but that does not mean that I don't want to have them all with me....In fact, I guarantee that if I edit my kit before a gig and I leave a color home. The day of the job, I'm thinking to myself while I'm working, shit I really wish I had brought the Dune Bronzer by Laura Mercier for this gig....
Why are these great? It's simple. They work perfectly. I can condense and organize my make up by my rules. My kit is so tight and still packed with all the products I really must have with me on every job. Second reason, they come in clear lid top, so right away I can tell which ones have what colors inside without labeling them on the case top.
Another great thing, it's magnetic. Because it is an empty magnetic palette. If the makeup is packaged with magnetic case they pop perfectly into these Z – Palettes. There are no slots just an empty palette. Also, I can easily remove my eye shadows, blushers, concealers ect... when it's time to replace them. Lastly, You can include de-potted the eye shadows / blushes ect that are in non-magnetic cases because they provided you with “Pre-Cut Magnetic Stickers”. You attached the metal stickers to the bottom and then they will adhere to the palette. This is definitely a great tool to use if you are looking to condense your make-up kit!
Tip: Make sure to label the names of the shades after your depot them, so when you are finished with a particular color, you will know what to purchase for the refill.
As seen in the image below, Z．Palettes makes 4 different sizes, which provides more versatility for regular make-up consumers use, or for professional use.
